The board shows your brief, not your brand. Links, emails and handles are blocked in the text. The publisher's details unlock per creator, when they express interest.

You set who qualifies

Minimum karma, account age, categories, up to five subreddits, how many creators you want. Ineligible creators can see the job but can't reveal you.

Verify before you pay

Every applicant's Reddit profile is one click away with a checklist: incognito check, backlink in bio, recent posts, announcement on X. The deal and payment are yours to make.

Questions before you post

Is it really free?
Yes — 5 job posts every 30 days, no card. If you need more, it's $4.99/month. BidPanda never takes a cut of what you pay a creator.
Who sees my brand?
Nobody, until a creator clicks "I'm interested". The board shows the brief, budget, deliverables and eligibility under an anonymous label. Links, emails and handles are blocked in the post text.
Who can express interest?
Only creators who meet the eligibility you set (minimum karma, account age, categories) and who are on the paid Creator plan — which means an X-verified handle, a Reddit account with a backlink, and a published profile.
What do I get when someone's interested?
Their full profile: Reddit account (verify it yourself in one click), karma, communities, offers and prices, contact details. They land on your job's Applicants list. Mark them hired when you agree a deal; the job closes itself when it's filled.
Can I invite a specific creator instead?
Yes. On any creator's profile, Send invite picks one of their offers (or a custom order); their contact details open to you and the invite lands in their dashboard.
