Terms of Service

1. The service
BidPanda (“we”) provides a directory that lets advertisers discover Reddit creators and lets creators list promotion offerings. We are a discovery and connection layer only. We are not a party to any agreement between advertisers and creators, and we do not process, hold or guarantee any payment between them.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
You must be at least 18 to use BidPanda. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Creator obligations
- You must own the Reddit and X accounts you connect.
- Information you enter (communities, pricing, descriptions) must be accurate.
- You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of any subreddit and with Reddit's User Agreement and Content Policy, including rules on self-promotion, spam and undisclosed advertising.
- You may not offer vote manipulation, fake engagement, or promotion of illegal goods or services.
4. Advertiser obligations
Contact information you unlock may only be used to discuss promotion with that creator. Scraping, reselling or bulk-messaging creators is prohibited.
5. No guarantees
Creators self-report their Reddit karma and account age and confirm that a link to their BidPanda profile is present in their Reddit bio; “Verify on Reddit” lets you check both on Reddit itself. Misreported stats or a missing backlink are grounds for removal. None of this is an endorsement. We do not guarantee that any creator will accept a deal, publish content, or that content will remain live. The service is provided “as is”.
6. Enforcement
We may suspend or remove accounts, profiles or listings that violate these terms or that we believe are fraudulent or harmful, with or without notice.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
