What happens after you post a job on BidPanda: a walkthrough

From the ten-minute brief to a hired creator: who sees what, when your brand is revealed, how applicants arrive, and how the job closes itself. No surprises.

Here is the whole flow, in order, with what each side sees.

  1. You post. Title, brief, posts/comments wanted, budget range, partnership length, eligibility (minimum karma, account age, categories, up to five subreddits), creators wanted. Links, emails and @handles are blocked in the text so the post can't leak who you are. Free for five posts every 30 days.
  2. The board shows it anonymously. Everyone can read the brief. Your brand isn't on it.
  3. Eligible creators reveal it. A creator on the paid plan who meets your eligibility clicks “I'm interested”. That uses one of their monthly reveals — so applicants are people who chose your job, not mass-appliers.
  4. Both sides unlock. They see your brand, website and contact details. You see them on the job's Applicants list with their full profile: Reddit account, karma, communities, offers and prices, contact details.
  5. You verify. Two minutes per applicant: open their Reddit in incognito, confirm the BidPanda link in their bio, read their recent posts in your subreddit. The checklist is on every profile.
  6. You talk on X. Agree scope and price. BidPanda isn't in the middle and takes nothing.
  7. Mark hired. Per applicant. When you've hired as many as you asked for, the job closes itself. Your public publisher page shows jobs posted and hire rate — creators use it to judge whether you follow through.

The ten minutes

  • Sign in with Google → Publisher → Connect X or pick a username + avatar.
  • One line about your brand, a website, a contact email.
  • Post the job. Use the brief template if you want it to read well.

Post your first job — the first five are free, and the creators who reply are the ones who wanted it.

Questions people ask

Do creators see my brand when I post?
No. The board shows your brief, budget, deliverables and eligibility under a label like 'Publisher · SaaS'. Your brand, website and contact details are revealed to a creator only when they express interest — and you see their full profile in return.
What if nobody applies?
Widen eligibility (lower the karma floor, add categories or subreddits) or raise the budget range. You can also invite specific creators directly from their profiles — the invite opens their contact details to you.
Can I edit or take a job down?
You can close it any time; it also expires after 30 days or closes itself once you've hired the number of creators you asked for.
